low pressure slow drain
Our room was quite small. It lacked some of the luxury I anticipated. The shower's temperature was difficult to adjust. The water pressure felt surprisingly low. The bathroom was okay, but not great. I found the sink drain slow, and the water didn't heat up quickly. This was particularly annoying early in the morning

the staff was very friendly and supportive. breakfast was good (i liked the variety of pastries). the location is advantageous, close to many attractions.
The decor felt dated, with tasseled curtains. the shower was difficult to control, and water pressure was low. the absence of readily available tea and coffee facilities was unusual. I found them in a box in the wardrobe.

a nice stay!
convenient location really good service comfortable bedding
I found the location convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the staff provided really good service. They promptly addressed all my requests. the room was very clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding. amenities like the on-site bar enhanced the overall experience.
The shower temperature was somewhat inconsistent. It required adjustments to maintain a steady warmth. this minor issue slightly detracted from an otherwise flawless experience. i am sure they will address it in the future.

the classic double room featured well-kept furniture. it also had fresh linens. the room included blackout curtains. these features ensured a restful night. plus, the daily housekeeping kept everything immaculate.

The breakfast was the BEST EVER!!! the staff was also friendly and supportive. this place is in a perfect spot. It's close to the tube and other spots around westminster.
the key to my room didn't work, so i had to go to reception multiple times. eventually, a cleaner had to open the door. the room was a bit small.
